A friend once told me..

That there are times when we need someone we can trust..
Who we can share our happiness and achievement without being judged as an intollerant arrogant
Who we can share our sadness and worriness without being judged as a weak coward

That there are times when we need someone as a partner..
Who will warn us not to spend so many times in front of the PC
who will bother to make a bowl of warm soup when we don't feel well

That there are times when we don't want to sleep alone..
That we know someone is there beside us
That we feel safe although we know that someone is just as weak

That there are times when we want to be waken up in the morning by gentle shake..
That the first thing we see is a smiling face
That the first thing we do is smiling back

And I think my friend is right...
